Why are your prices so much cheaper than other companies selling similar products? Is the quality "cheaper"?
There are other companies who sell the same product at a much higher price. This does not mean that our product quality is "cheap". In fact,
in most cases it is the same product from the same factory. We believe in a fair pricing structure for our customers.
Our products are manufactured to the highest standard and are designed to withstand the rigorous playings of children. We also maintain a strict level of quality with our installation
and after-sales service.
Do you follow the Australian Safety Standards?
Yes. All of our playgrounds and safety surfaces are installed as per Australian Safety Standards. We are also a member of PRAV,
a non-profit organisation that creates awareness about the importance of safe and developmentally appropriate play experiences for children.
I want to open an Indoor Playcentre. What services do you offer?
Not only do we offer all of the play elements required to open an Indoor Playcentre, we also offer advice on other aspects such as insurance, council permits,
premises, parking, advertising and more. We can also help you source other supplies such as fencing, food and party supplies etc.
How long do I have to wait for my Playground?
Depending on the type of playground you order, generally it will be delivered and installed 6-12 weeks after your payment is received.
This time frame can be shortened for special circumstances.
Do you offer Lay-by, and what payment methods do you accept?
Yes we offer Lay-by. Contact us to discuss your specific needs. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Deposit and Cash.
Can I add other elements to my playground at a later date?
Yes. You can add elements to all of our playgrounds at any time.
